(Stocksak). Canada’s main stock market opened lower on Tuesday due to heavyweight energy stocks and financial stocks. The markets are still waiting for the Bank of Canada’s interest-rate decision later in the week.
At 9:32 AM. ET (1332 GMT), the Toronto Stock Exchange’s S&P/TSX composite index was down 44.7 points, or 0.24%, at 18,873.7.
