BENGALURU (Stocksak). Popular messaging app WhatsApp slowly came back online at 0900 GMT Tuesday. Some users in India, Asia, and the United Kingdom reported that they were able send and receive messages and videos.

Users around the globe had earlier reported problems with the platform on Tuesday.
