Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were higher after the close on Sunday, as gains in the , and sectors led shares higher.

The Saudi Arabian dollar rose 0.3% to a new one-month high at the close.

The session’s top performers were Development Works Food Co (TADAWUL) climbed 10.00% or 19.20 point to trade at 213.20 at the close. Meanwhile, Tourism Enterprise Co. (TADAWUL:) added 9.98% or 18.40 points to end at 202.80 and Filing & Packing Materials Co. (TADAWUL:) was up 5.63% or 2.25 points to 42.25 in late trade.

The session’s worst performers were Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance (TADAWUL 🙂 which dropped 8.33% or 2.10 point to trade at 23.10 by the close. Saudi Paper Manufacturing Co., (TADAWUL 🙂 declined 4.52% (or 1.45 points) to end at 30.60. Methanol Chemicals Company, (TADAWUL 🙂 was down 4.2% (or 1.45 points) to 32.45.

Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange witnessed rising stocks outnumbering declining stocks by 159, 75 and 13 respectively.

Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance (TADAWUL), shares fell to new lows, falling 8.33% or 2.10 – 23.10.

Crude oil was 0.70 to $84.00/barrel higher for December delivery. Brent oil for January delivery remained unchanged at 0.00%, to $91.34 a bar. The December Gold Futures contract increased 1.57% or 25.70 points to trade at $1662.50 per troy ounce.

EUR/SAR increased 0.88% to 3.71, while USD/SAR remained unchanged at 0.01% to 3.76.

The US Dollar Index Futures fell 0.88% to 111.82.
