Stocksak: Qantas is ‘disappointed’ by delays in Alliance Aviation deal approval

It will also scrap its growth plan for next year. Qantas said the business would be at serious risk if it did not.

(Stocksak – Australia’s Qantas Airways Ltd “expressed disappointment” that the country’s competition regulator delayed its final decision regarding the carrier’s acquisition, Alliance Aviation Services.

The Australian Competition & Consumer Commission has set the provisional date of its decision as March 20, 2023.
