An investigation into alleged bribes led to the arrest of the former president of China Merchants Bank


BEIJING, (Stocksak), – China’s top prosecution has decided to arrest Tian Huiyu. The former president of China Merchants Bank was accused of taking bribes, and abusing his power, state broadcaster CCTV stated on Wednesday.
According to an announcement made by China’s top anti-graft watchdog, Tian, the former party secretary of the bank, was expelled and removed from public office.
