RIYADH (Stocksak), – Former U.S. Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin stated Wednesday that he believes the United States is in a recession, and that this would continue.

Riyadh’s FII flagship investment conference was attended by him. He stated that he believes we will see a peak of 4.5% 10 year rates.

He said, “I think you will see inflation in the U.S. start to come under control. It will probably be a 2-year period,” he continued.

He said that the U.S. and China should learn to co-exist. He said that the Middle East’s economic problems must be addressed regionally.
